Describe how you plan to use it

Before your visit, describe your everyday needs: walking, slopes, outdoor activities or exploring a device with a family member. Tell the staff about your usual activity duration and environment. These details help more than simply asking which model is best. They start a conversation; they do not establish suitability.

Assess fit separately from specifications

Ask about the height range, strap adjustments and wearing steps. Observe attachment positions, clothing interference and the clarity of controls. A lighter model still needs a fitting: specifications and individual comfort are separate considerations.

Record your trial impressions

Within staff instructions and venue limits, note wearing and removal, gait feel, controls and noise. Record the trial conditions when comparing models. A brief trial is not evidence of long-term performance.

Confirm support before leaving

Ask what the quotation covers, the included accessories, warranty and repair contacts, and how to obtain the manual. You do not need to decide immediately after a trial. Record the model version and your questions, and confirm the location, hours and trial models before visiting.
